Jorge Alvarez-Tostado, a.k.a. "Joy" spends his nights in Koreatown (now moved to Venice) tending to a large spinning "trompo". While he slices off chunks of the slow-broiled adobada, he hawks his Tijuana-style tacos to any passerby who will try what he calls "the best taco in L.A."
